Rome | Sorrento Dream

The Sorrentine Peninsula and the Amalfitan Coast are some of the most captivating and beautiful areas in Italy leaving an unforgettable impression to all visitors. Enjoy our new multi-days tour and discover this area full of wonderful landscapes, incredible views, charming fishing village and, of course, excellent cuisine. You'll stay 3 nights in a 4-star hotel where breakfast is included daily plus 2 lunches & 3 dinners.

Day 1: Rome | Naples | Pompeii | Sorrento

An early morning departure is planned and soon your air-conditioned coach will be heading south down the Autostrada del Sole to arrive in Naples where you will experience a walk around the city centre, discovering Piazza del Plebisicito, Palazzo Reale, Galleria Umberto I and Teatro San Carlo. Lunch will be held in a local restaurant where you can taste authentic Neapolitan pizza. After lunch, the tour moves to Pompeii for a guided tour of the archaeological excavations. This ancient Roman city was destroyed when Vesuvius erupted in 79 AD and buried it, preserving it under a sea of volcanic ash for nearly 1700 years. Enjoy a stop in a cameos and coral shop. Travel on to Sorrento, famous for its picturesque old town centre and characteristic fisherman’s village of Marina Grande, one of the most authentic treasures of the city, to arrive to your hotel where dinner will be served this evening.  (L.D)
 

Day 2: Sorrento | Capri | Sorrento

This morning you will have breakfast at your hotel and a departure at 7:30 a.m. to the port of Sorrento where you will meet your guide and sail to Capri by hydrofoil. After arriving at the island, enjoy a boat trip to the Blue Grotto (weather permitting). Then, continue by minibus to Anacapri, where you will have lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch you can enjoy some free time at the legendary Piazzetta, the heart of the island and an ideal location for a coffee & some people watching. Return to the port and head back to Sorrento and return to your hotel and dinner at your hotel (B.L.D)

Day 3: Sorrento

Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at your hotel and a full day at leisure for exploring the beauty of the area. Possibility to add optional tours to visit the Amalfi Coast, one of the most enchanting places in Italy, with its mountains dropping sheer to the sea, picturesque villages and breathtaking landscapes.  Return to your hotel this evening for dinner. Day 4: Sorrento | Pompeii | Rome

This morning you'll have breakfast at your hotel and time to explore & enjoy Sorrento on your own until your departure by coach at 2:30 pm to Pompeii to join the coach heading from Rome.  An arrival of around 8:30 pm is planned.  (B)
