Your culinary experience begins with a short stroll through La Spezia and a visit to its vibrant local market. Together with your chef, you will select the fresh ingredients needed to prepare your lunch, immersing yourself in the authentic flavors of the region. You will then make your way to a charming local restaurant where your hands-on cooking lesson takes place.
