This full-day tour begins with a visit to Saint Remy where you'll have free time to explore the village, at your own leisure. On Wednesdays, you can enjoy its open-air market, one of the most picturesque in Provence. A photo stop is planned at the Roman monuments of Antiques and Saint-Paul de Mausole. The tour then continues to the exceptional medieval village of Les Baux de Provence with its narrow streets and imposing castle ruin, and which still maintains the memory of the proud lords & troubadours of times past. From the rocky spur, a breathtaking view over the exceptional scenery of the Alpilles region amazes visitors. You'll also have the possibility to attend the light and sound show in Carrières de Lumières (not included). In Arles, stroll in the footsteps of Vincent Van Gogh to discover the places where he created his most famous paintings. Arles is also worldwide famous for its architectural heritage - the Roman amphitheatre and theatre, and the magnificent Romanesque Saint Trophime Church (entrance fee not included). The weekly market in Arles takes place on Saturdays where you can taste and buy some of the local products such as fruits, cheese, nougat, tapenade & more. There will be free time for lunch on your own during this tour, which has a duration of approximately 8.5 hours.
