Together with your chef, you will select the fresh ingredients needed to prepare your lunch, immersing yourself in the authentic flavors of the region.  You will then make your way to a charming local restaurant where your hands-on cooking lesson takes place. During the class, you will prepare a mussel-based starter, discover the secrets of traditional baccalà, and learn how to make gnocchi with pesto. You will also cook an excellent oven-baked fish, Ligurian style. Last but certainly not least, you will prepare the ever-popular tiramisu.  Throughout the experience, the chef will share insights on creating traditional dishes using locally sourced ingredients while maintaining a low environmental impact. It may sound complex, but the results are truly mouth-watering. You will be amazed by the simple finesse of the dishes — crafted using only a few, high-quality ingredients.  At the end of your lesson, you will sit down to enjoy one of the most delicious lunches of your life — prepared entirely by you.
