Day 1: Rome
Arriving at Rome Airport a private car will be waiting to whisk you to the centre of the "Eternal City' and your hotel. Check-in and spend the remainder of the day exploring on your own.
Day 2: Rome
Today will discover some of Rome's most fascinating sites during a 3 hour city tour. You'll visit places that you previously only dreamed of or saw in the movies as the tour takes you along the famous Via Veneto, to the Trevi Fountain, visit inside the ancient Pantheon and, finally end the tour inside the Basilica of St. Peter enriched with the knowledge of our local guide. At the end of the tour you can choose to return to your hotel or linger some more inside St. Peter's to marvel at the magnificent array of artworks like Michelangelo's Pietá. Free afternoon to spend as you please. Overnight in Rome. (B)
Day 3: Rome | Tuscany
This morning pick up your car at your convenience and leave the hustle and bustle that is Rome and drive to Tuscany with its rolling hills, tilled fields, olive groves, vineyards and medieval hill villages. A warm welcome awaits you at the 4 star Villa Fiesole located in the historic town of Fiesole, a town perched on the hill just north of Florence. With easy access to Florence Villa Fiesole will be your home for the next 4 nights. Check-in, settle-in and start enjoying the relaxed atmosphere and magnificent surroundings or relax by the hotel's swimming pool. Dinner tonight, will be in the hotel's restaurant and, weather permitting, served on the panoramic terrace where you can enjoy the wonderful view over Florence. (B.D)
Day 4: Tuscan Cooking Class
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at your hotel and the morning enjoying the hotel’s facilities, or head out to explore the local area in your rental car. Later in the afternoon make your way into Florence to experience a Tuscan Cooking Class in the friendly atmosphere of an old palace located in the heart of Florence and under the guidance of an expert chef. Then enjoy the dishes you have prepared for dinner accompanied by a good Tuscan Wine. (B.D)
Day 5: Tuscany
Today is yours to pass as you choose. Spend a relaxing day at the hotel or, with your rental car, set off to discover Tuscany's many Medieval hill-top towns, cities and hidden corners at your own pace. (B)
Day 6: Siena, San Gimignano & Chianti
After breakfast make your way to Florence to set off on a full day guided excursion discovering the beauties of Tuscany. Enjoy a visit to Siena with a professional guide and spend time on your own for lunch before travelling on to San Gimignano, a small medieval town that has remained unchanged since the 16th century, and enjoy the drive through the Chianti countryside and a scenic view of Monteriggioni on the way back to Florence. Return to Villa Fiesole for your final overnight in Tuscany. (B)
Day 7: Tuscany | Rome
After check-out and bid farewell to the staff of Villa Fiesole and, at your own pace, drive to Rome to return your rental can and check into your hotel. The remainder of the day is free to pass as you please, and there are endless choices and options of what to do and see in Rome, perhaps you may even decide to return for a longer visit. (B)
Day 8: Rome
Today marks the end of your tour. After breakfast and at the appropriate time, a private car transfer will take you to the airport for your return flight home. (B)
